Pretty funny read.

TL;DR the SRBs had to go through rail tunnels, which are sized by rail gauge, which was based on wagon wheel width which the Romans designed to accommodate a horse's ass.

Eh. It's not strictly true, but there is some truth to it in the sense that initial sizing of things like railroads likely was based off of what we had before railroads.
